It seems that:

  • Someone (another veteran) swatted him for the 30 round mag;

  • He has not been diagnosed with PTSD but they claimed it to use Red Flag laws;

  • They used CPS to intimidate his wife into letting them into the home;

  • The police may have shut down the local cell phone tower to stop from sharing the story through Instagram -- he was streaming it, I think.

  • No one believes that a shot was fired, as the media have been reporting.

This story concerns me.

It’s a test to see what they can get away with.

Blatant MURDER

I had read a press release from the Putnam County Sheriffs Dept saying that prior to this standoff there was a felony warrant issued for this guy for a domestic incident. Not sure if that is true or not. Lots conflicting stories out there. Regardless 🚩 laws are shit.

Devil's Advocate: Isn't telling him to resist arrest the same as Michelle Carter telling her boyfriend to kill himself, and the same as any dindu yelling "I know my rights!"?

I seeing that he apparently has a criminal history, a deputy was there to serve a warrant, thought he heard a shot and backed off, called the sheriff, and when they got there he started with some bullshit. Maybe he was standing in the doorway waving his arms around telling them they shouldn't be there, maybe he was trying that sovereign citizen bullshit. Then he went inside, and "barricaded". Which means he probably locked the door and wouldn't come out. Whatever. Cops did a good job not escalating force. I think they're in the right on this, and I don't think a red flag had fuckall to do with it. His instragram vid was cringey and weird. Backing LEO's on this one. That is my gut. Guy was on the wrong side of the law and should;d have just submitted to the warrant for domestic abuse.

That’s the thing there was no gun shot and no guns were found. The cop stated he “heard” a gun shot.

I support police but you know they will lie to protect each other sometimes. We would all be better off with continuous body cams

I agree 100 percent and all the officers I have talked to in my county say the same. I’m friends with a lot of them.

In some of his videos, he was out on the the roof, pointing his camera at the police cars. There is no way he could do that and remain standing if they were willing to capture him in a violent manner.

SPEZ: Now if Lon Haruchi was there, the standoff would have ended a lot quicker.

Where are you seeing this. I've seen no proof other than "sources say" or "maybe he was, or "my gut tells me". Link or GTFO.

So you guys are telling me it makes more sense that the cops showed up to this guys house with no provocation whatsoever to confiscate guns, than it does that the cops showed up to serve a warrant for arrest on other charges, and the guy freaked and started trying to find a way out. That's the narrative I'm supposed to believe? Why? Why should I just believe it? So far no one has been able to provide me anything but a bunch of name calling and BS. Starting to feel like I'm over on redacted.
