I tried looking but I don't see how this is done. I just disconnected my original Reddit ID from my Discord and added my 3rd reddit ID to it since I didn't like the 2nd name I had picked out, so it's a new account (I think about 2 months old now). I forgot the password to my other account but am still logged into it on my Reddit app. I just didn't want to get denied for having a new account trying to get into the Discord, especially since that new ID (same username as here) has 1.3k karma (hoping that helps).
