Looks like you answered your own question. Clicking save multiple times due to the error. And then realizing every save posted something, so going back and deleting.

Agreed with what Kono_hito is saying. I tried posting a comment in here (which I did) but it created an error. So I closed out and realized that my comment was in fact posted twice. So I deleted one of the two.
