  • Biden's lead in Georgia is only 12,781 votes.

  • This analysis is based on official timestamped election night data from Edison Research which was obtained from the NYT website.

  • This batch of 23,487 votes went, at an absolute minimum accounting for all decimal places, 97.9779% for Biden.

  • This batch was uploaded at 12:18AM EST on Nov 4 (election results began the evening of Nov 3).

  • This is not a case of updating one candidate at a time; we can see from looking at the surrounding batches that Trump did not receive any corresponding entries.

  • According to official data released by the state of Georgia, the county in which Biden received the highest percentage of total absentee by mail votes was Dekalb County at 86.39%.

  • That makes this batch of votes extremely suspect, even if every single allowance is made with the minimum number of votes gained and assuming it's 100% mail in from the most heavily D county.

The ballots that comprised this batch should and must be obtained and independently audited (i.e. not by city officials) as soon as possible.

Nine witnesses of the recently completed Georgia audit including at least one registered Democrat swore to have seen suspiciously pristine, uncreased mail ballots, uniformly and perfectly filled out, almost always for Biden. In one case, a batch of such ballots included 500 ballots in a row all cast for Biden. Is there a relation?

I don't know why people think we need to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Trump beat Biden or we have to accept Biden as President.

There is vastly more evidence and indicators than necessary to invalidate any outcome for Biden in this election!

Even if we did not have all the evidence and more to prove a Trump landslide and win ...

The election results are still so compromised they do not validate a Biden win!

I'm curious, has anyone on the left been able to provide an even semi-plausible excuse for why this isn't evidence of fraud? What's the default NPC line when confronted with this?

Paul_Revere 121 points ago +121 / -0

What's the default NPC line when confronted with this?

Probably along the lines of "Hahahaha, Drumph is just a sore loser conspiracy theorist. And you're a Nazi!"

Kekistancoffee 99 points ago +99 / -0

So, I work with an NPC and run lots of this stuff by her.

So with this kind of evidence I'm told two things:

  1. Trump is a sore loser baby conspiracy theorist (literally exactly what Paul Revere has said).

  2. She truly believes that 100% of 23,000 ballots would come up for Biden without any down-ballot votes because "people hate Drumpf that much."

So... there you go. It's legit insanity clown-world nonsense that comes out of the mouth of the NPC.

DJ_Trump2020 45 points ago +45 / -0

Yep I see a lot of 'People just HATED Trump that much' on the twatter. I mean a LOT.

WOMP_WOMP_FAGGOT 30 points ago +30 / -0

It's such a stupid argument. Hate doesn't get voters to get off of their asses and wait in line to vote. Many of us hated Hillary Clinton more than any candidate in history, but if it was Hillary vs. Jeb! I bet a lot of us wouldn't have bothered voting in Democrat states, me included.

HockeyMom4Trump 11 points ago +11 / -0

Agree. Hate is not as strong a motivator as love. And a Trump is loved.

abradald_lincumph 7 points ago +7 / -0

The additional argument is likely that many states provided the path to least resistance possible for voting this time around - a claim that they attempted to franchise all of the maligned minorities that republicans frequently 'demonize and disenfranchise'.

With a path of least resistance (lol mail vote received, mark bubble, mail vote back) there are surely more people voting in this election than many before - or at least that is the most reasonable means to obfuscate the fraud as we well know.

streakybacon 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yeah well, they don't get to claim that as a sudden explanation for a major statistical outlier that indicates fraud. If that happened often, sure. The most likely explanation here though is fuggery.

dakin116 3 points ago +3 / -0

Response to that is always "so how did trump turn out 10,000,000 new votes?"

BecMonTchew 16 points ago +16 / -0

And definitely 100% of all mail-in votes were for Biden, so that's totally what they were counting. Never mind that Trump was doing unprecedentedly well in mail-in votes before election day. Never mind that I personally have over a dozen relatives over 70 with sugar beetus that are worried about plandemic comorbidities that all voted for Trump by mail. All mail-in ballots were for Biden, bigot!

AenAllAin 9 points ago +9 / -0

You make a VERY good point. We are doing this the hard way. Trying to prove every fraudulent Biden vote, or to find all votes for Trump is an enormous amount of work!

It would be so much easier if we just went out and counted the number of people who actually voted for Biden. We could just setup a website or a call center for anyone who voted for him to report to. We could count those numbers in like an afternoon!

Even with all the attempted fraud they would try again they still would not come anywhere near the numbers they produced by switching Trump votes to Biden, fake ballots for Biden, and counting ballots for Biden over and over.

HockeyMom4Trump 8 points ago +8 / -0

C’mon man. There is nothing fishy about 47 people calling from my phone number.

AenAllAin 3 points ago +3 / -0

HeHe. Still less than reporting 10,000 votes as 100,000 for Biden because they "accidentally" moved the decimal place, or flipping 6,000-30,000 votes from Biden to Trump over and over! ...seriously, how do these idiots believe they won?! We do a re-vote and this shit is over yesterday!

sentinel20 1 point ago +1 / -0

The statistical results for mail-in ballots was ridiculous, beyond statistically improbable. The election was probably stolen in a variety of ways; tampering with voting machines, dead people voting, adding illegitimate voters to the rolls on election night, changing electronic vote totals, preventing poll-watchers from viewing, etc, etc. but the NUMBER #1 source was definitely mail-in votes. If you were going to rig an election, you'd push for extensive mail-in voting. Why? It gives you plenty of time to rig up how many ballots you need. It gives you time to throw out the opposition's ballots. The chain of custody for these ballots passes through the US Postal Service -- which by the way endorsed Joe Biden!

The only question is: what fraud will be figured out before states are certified in the electoral college? Probably not enough. Unfortunately the true significance of fraud probably won't be known for years. My own estimate is that there is at an unexplainable difference of 250K votes in PA alone.

Brucesky420 54 points ago +54 / -0 (edited)

Yet they ignore the fact that the night of the election AFTER several democrat strongholds just randomly stopped counting, the NYT election homepage had Trump at an 82% chance of winning. Then less than 12 hours later, Everything is flipped upside down as these democrat counties start reporting insanely absurd high percentages for Biden, percentages not even found in the strongest democrat counties around the states that did report in time.

It still blows my mind how we went from the night of the 3rd, where the leftist media was downtrodden after experiencing another ass whooping, not realizing the democrats would do the unthinkable, which was to cheat so fast and hard that it would be obvious. Then once they realized that the DNC was actually going to do it, the media took the narrative back under control and started acting like Trump never had a chance and began helping the democrats hide their insane cheating - just hours after they had basically accepted defeat.

Seriously though, even places like The Young Turks had accepted defeat and started calling hispanic people white supremacists for voting for Trump. Then you wake up in the morning and it's "oh yea, Biden had this in the bag the whole time, what are you idiots talking about? Trump never had a chance. Yea just ignore the fact he was leading by 8 points with less than 20 percent of the vote left in that state"

DixOut4Donald 6 points ago +6 / -0

And they STILL call me a conspiracy theorist when I mention that, too.

indelible 3 points ago +3 / -0

This was my exact experience on November 4, after a friend of mine had a meltdown over "conspiracy theorists" doubting Biden's lead. I sent her an article from the Federalist that went into the NYT reporting stats, and her reply was "but that's a really biased source! And I've heard contradictory info elsewhere!" Like it's a fucking op-ed using NYT data - verifiable - and you're still bitching about bias? Of course this shit is going to be reported in right-wing media, because there's no way the mainstream outlets would ever publish the story! But even when you use their sources, if your conclusion contradicts the sanctioned narrative it's just dismissed as bias and conspiracy theories.

DixOut4Donald 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yea and try telling them he somehow got the most votes in history while also winning the least number of counties. Watch them try to cope around that

roytheboy 8 points ago +8 / -0

This is probably close to the most legitimate answer. But this Edison data keeps coming up again and again, and honestly I'm starting to feel like an NPC repeating this the last 2 or 3 weeks: it's garbage data, it can't be trusted to give accurate results if you're looking at individual batches, and it's worthless in court.

10 days ago this pede made a really good website that analyzes the database, and points out times where there are mathematical impossibilites:

What you'll notice if you flip through a few states - multiple times where the total number of votes decreases. Multiple times where Biden seems to gain more votes than mathematically possible, but also multiple times where Trump does the same.

To call this "official timestamped election night data from Edison Research" is... technically correct I suppose, but Edison is a consumer research firm, and there's nothing really "official" about this data as far as an state or court is concerned.

Vla1ne 1 point ago +1 / -0

Trump having these number jumps is actually more reason to use the data. These jumps make no sense regardless, the entire election has been shown to be fucked, and that is why there is a need to audit, but unlike the right, the left is happy with the result, and is afraid to even look back on it, while the right is willing to look into it. Every single time, we have seen bidens lead drop by a significant amount. A 13% drop in a hand recount, no audit, no canvass, means that there is so much wrong that even a basic hand count is showing ample fuckery beyond any presidential election ever.

It's not that the data is garbage, but that the argument most often used alongside it, is terrible.

247MAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

Where did the 13% drop come from? Was that Georgia? If so I thought they were still gonna go by thr original vote totals?

Vla1ne 1 point ago +1 / -0

the 13% was georgia, they can say what they like about using the original totals, but the original totals were clearly fucked, and the handcount alone proved that. the new audit, assuming even one degree of integrity (long shot, i know) will turn up even more than that.

VoteCyborgTrump2040 30 points ago +30 / -0

deport_from_kekistan 2 points ago +2 / -0

I’ve been pointing that out. From the start. The recounts were for show. This is the only way to stop the GA steal. Finding the real electoral fraud. Dominion may be the culprit, but they could also just be doing it the old fashion way, injecting fake ballots. It’s so much harder to prove and won’t leave a trace you can subpoena from a private company.

FrakasFra 16 points ago +16 / -0

Huge. What are the odds that Biden takes mail-in ballots by that margin? Mathematically, and proportionally, I think it would be interesting to look at what percentage of party voters voted in person and by mail.

OOIIIIIIIIIIIIIID 3 points ago +3 / -0

Almost all of us were saying to vote in person and on election day so the odds are probably high, but not that high...

ObviousCommonSense 2 points ago +2 / -0

As I say here, based on COVID-19 behavioral surveys and polls of Republicans and Democrats, I think a realistic number of Republican mail-in voters is somewhere between twenty-five and thirty-five percent.

Minarchist_Manlet 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then the next estimate is how many Republicans would vote for Biden? I think that number is tiny.

voiceofreason 5 points ago +5 / -0

good question. it seems like they should be required to organize the ballots by the batches that are reported. I doubt the process is "throw them into a giant pile and we can go through them later if we need to" - although it seems that you could easily relabel the batches or "accidentally mix them up" and there would be no way to prove it.

nrjk1 7 points ago +7 / -0

Look, Of course a lot of this analysis is not the silver bullet “kill shot” of the Biden campaign. But it’s not meant to be an iron clad anchor point of a court case. What pedes are doing is analyzing the data they have available, to highlight instances of fraud, or very probably instances of fraud.

Don’t assume the Trump lawyers are aware of all of this stuff. And don’t assume that they necessarily have MIT PhD data analysis engineers on staff to find it on their own. There’s a lot of data to sift through. Analysis like this gives them a point of focus to , and line of inquiry , for conducting more in depth investigations, and possibly processing subpoenas etc.

It’s all hands on deck. This pede is doing his part.

The DOJ was the weakest part of Trump's first 4 years, and if he manages to pull this one off he needs to do a complete overhaul of the DOJ before moving on to anything else

DOJ isn't gonna get involved until after the in state remedies are exhausted. Elections are for the most part a state level event, and ANY federal agency is going to let the state level process and appeals play out.

Once you get to the federal level, then you can really start to argue the 14th amendment consequences. In general, a state court isn't going to entertain a 14th amendment argument. A state court is going to rule based on that particular state's constitution.

Xnyr21 1 point ago +1 / -0

All the clerks were logging on to my admin section with my password. I asked them how they got it and they said it was the same in early voting their judge let them use it.

I feel exactly the same way, a completely opaque election process means no accountability. I'm getting pretty furious about the use of disinterested/apolitical citizens as proxies for the elites get thousands and thousands of votes unlike the rest of us who get only 1. America was built because of patriots willing to make sacrifice. If you don't care enough to drove down to the polling place on election (assuming you arent military who should probably get at least 1 + 3/5 votes each) you are a proxy voter for someone else.

We need a divorce even if its a brutal nasty one.

uncuckedpicard 2 points ago +2 / -0

why have rules if they can just ignore them? why have rules why not who can fit the most people in a phonebox

AwareNonCompliant 65 points ago +65 / -0

This guy does a great job of explaining the limitations of using the Edison/NYT data. He worked within those limitations and still could prove a huge batch of votes were basically 100% Biden and enough to flip GA.

voiceofreason 8 points ago +8 / -0

This definitely helped me. I kept hearing (and believing) the "jumps" but couldn't wrap my mind around it until I saw the data. Helps explain why we're not able to use the data to make exact claims (due to rounding). The problem remains whether the source data matches (this is just fed to NYT).

Unless someone has access to the source data, they could easily manipulate the original data if required to show "proof" and say they accidentally sent the data in batches wrong (but the totals would still match).

take-no-part [S] 3 points ago +4 / -1

Yeah I'm sure there are ways they can cover this up, might even be as simple as switching ballots from "Batch A" box to "Batch B" box in case they are fraudulent but they'd still have to explain the sheer % going to Biden and they'd have to make up some lie for that I would think.

Man, I would love for them to pull up this exact batch and look at every one of those ballots.

MC_Liberal_Stomper 4 points ago +4 / -0

You would see a fuckton of machine stamped perfect ovals for Biden and Biden only on a pristine ballot.

TheCremaster 1 point ago +1 / -0

The problem is we are cucks for accepting it. It's bullshit, everyone knows its bullshit, and they look us in the eye and smirk to say "prove it."

4republic 5 points ago +7 / -2

I've got about 20 hours of time in now analyzing Edison data and my concern is that the "batches" Edison reports to its clients in the media are not the same as a randomly collected set of ballots cast by voters. Edison is a data service and as far as I can tell it is a system of data collection and system of reporting and the reporting side makes corrections for the collection side. We cannot look at the batches and say they are representative of voting at a certain minute in time and therefore we cannot say it represents a random collection of ballots.

Sorry but the analysis we are celebrating here is flawed. We can't use Edison data this way. Ditto for the negative Edison vote batches that many ppl have been hyperventilating about.

Our forensic work has to focus on 1) actual evidence of fraudulent voting, 2) actual evidence of negligent and fraudulent activity at polling centers, and 3) machine code.

koyima 0 points ago +1 / -1

"as far as I can tell it is a system of data collection and system of reporting and the reporting side makes corrections for the collection side"

where did you come up with this?

4republic 1 point ago +1 / -0

Edison reports data nationally that is collects from all US states. Some states like Georgia have one voting system (in this case "Clarity" owned by Scytl) which makes collecting results easier because there's one feed and one data format to deal with. For many states, Edison deals with numerous voting systems and has to aggregate results. All of that information has to be collected in real-time across numerous feeds, aggregated and reported. We know that Edison reports to NYT and others in real-time across delivering one set of voting count information.

I'm not an insider but I'm confident on the above based upon what I've learned the last couple weeks. I would love to talk with an insider to understand the limitations of Edison individual batch data. My GUESS - totally speculating here, is that they have a model that sometimes over-estimates votes and this model smooths the results Edison reports. As a result, when the actuals come that deviate from the modeled / reported vote count, Edison must make small corrections. This would explain why we see so many negative batches (both candidates!) in the Edison data sets.

koyima -1 points ago +0 / -1

Yes, your guess. It is your guess, but it is pretty retarded, because there is no reason to estimate anything

4republic 1 point ago +1 / -0 (edited)

Dude, you offer zero rebuttal. What part of what I said does not make sense to you? And what a cucked fuck you are - I offer you a full explanation and you downvote. Fucking pussy.

And WTF are you doing to help? I'm at least doing something - volunteering 5-6 hours of my time every single day since the election on a T_D discord server as part of a team of analysts slogging through data and reports.

koyima 1 point ago +1 / -0

There is no substitute for a brain

koyima 1 point ago +1 / -0

Here is a representative from a team that says they cross-referenced the Edison data and the anomalies hold: https://youtu.be/3kA8ZxrB69E?t=2296 Correct timestamp

There is no reason the Edison data would need to be predictive or have to reconcile anything, this is less complicated than a video game and I have coded multiplayer video games

The number of votes can only increase, you can send all sets of numbers without resorting to percentages, you don't need to predict anything, because you are showing precinct data as they come in

It is the simplest most easy to implement set of rules possible, you can only screw this up on purpose

Counting votes is not magic, neither is figuring out a percentage

I'm sorry 'pedes but I stayed up until 4 a.m. and woke at 6 a.m. when I dozed off Trump was leading in every rust belt state by hundreds of thousands of votes, two hours later he was down in Wisconsin and Biden was miraculously catching up in Michigan and Pennsylvania. I knew something sinister was going on, ( water main break in Atlanta). Just a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and it wasn't because I thought Trump was losing. I knew he was winning. Not during my lifetime has any presidential candidate ever made up those kind of deficits that quickly if at all.

We have to do everything humanly possible to stop this shit and hope that the Almighty himself has some smiting in store too.

fusreedah 8 points ago +9 / -1 (edited)

This has to be countable as evidence.

Even if you couldn't prove anything regarding Dominion or printed ballots etc, this is proof that fraud has taken place, even though we may not be able to prove by what mechanism it has taken place.

It's like if you find someone stabbed to death, you know that a murder has taken place, even if we cannot find the murder weapon or know exactly what blade was used. Not finding the murder weapon makes it harder (but certainly not impossible) to convict the murderer, but it doesn't mean we stop treating it as a murder and decide they must have died of natural causes instead.

Likewise, we can mathematically establish that fraud has taken place. The results should therefore be immediately decertified, even if it takes longer to prove how the fraud happened and even longer to prove who should be in prison because of it.

Yes, he does. Maybe u/take-no-part can check his data to verify because he seems to be way more organized/better at this than me, but at 11:49pm, Trump seems to get between 92% - 325% of a batch.

take-no-part [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

These ones?

Look at % change and total vote change and you will see why we can't glean anything useful from these entries due to the rounding.

Paul_Revere 3 points ago +3 / -0

I believe every word of it. But honest question, is statistical analysys admissible as evidence in legal proceedings?

LawfulSilentMajority 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's not even statistics. It's just a fact parsed out of what's being reported. Either you've got to explain what mistake happened in the chain of reporting that batch or you've got to defend Biden winning 98%+ of the batch.

kamalaforprison2020 1 point ago +1 / -0

I was wondering the same.

This has some good examples of when it can't be used which makes me think it doesn't apply to our case. https://www.encyclopedia.com/social-sciences/applied-and-social-sciences-magazines/statistics-legal-evidence

There's no doubt in my mind they committed mass fraud. I highly suspect they did it in 2018 and I wouldn't be surprised to find out they did it in 2016 too.
That would explain why they didn't contest any of the razor thin margins. They didn't want to get caught.

What's weird about these 95%+ batches is that they are from mostly black areas supposedly all pro Biden. But the exit polls show 30% of blacks went for Trump, double that of 2016. Hope that is being presented by Trump team as evidence. It's statistically impossible that any precinct of this size would have been more than 80% for Biden.
