It's because we don't need SCOTUS for those two states the margins are so close.

304
giggitybooped 304 points ago +307 / -3

Fact check me on this but I believe Trump has an endgame which is SCOTUS but he did mention in one of his meetings a few weeks back that it could go to the supreme court but that it's possible it may not even NEED to go to the SCOTUS.

256
JohnDoe81627 256 points ago +256 / -0

It won't need to get to SCOTUS because SCOTUS justices are heading down to the circuit court of appeals

There are thirteen circuit courts, and the justices are reactive, not proactive, in relation to them.

Biden can’t appeal a appeal doesn’t work that way

38
Zytos 38 points ago +38 / -0

I'm not so sure about that. Whoever loses at the circuit level--be it Biden or Trump--will unquestionably appeal to the Supreme Court.

103
SocalPede 103 points ago +103 / -0

And what's biden going to appeal to the supreme court? That it's not fair that his coup was defeated? Fuck that guy in half, until he catches fire. It's over and he knows it. All that's left now is negotiating his way out of the complete destruction of his party.

"I am the democrat party." - Joe Biden "I don't need your vote to get elected." - Joe Biden "It's great that my married son and my other son's widow started smoking crack together and banging" - Joe Biden

They always appeal based on misapplication of the law and seek relief at the next level. Sometimes they are heard and sometimes not. The assignment suggests an appeal to SCOTUS is more likely than not.

40
CuckerCarlson 40 points ago +40 / -0

It would be so funny if Biden had to appeal. Then we can all meme like "BUT U R RUINING MUH ELECTION INTEGRITY!!! THE COURTS HAVE SPOKEN!!!"

I see. So they are not participating in those circuits other than overseeing them? This is to get the election cases fast tracked to SCOTUS?

10

Also please elaborate. I’m confused on what this technically means.

7
sideOfBeef2016 7 points ago +8 / -1

🤞🤞🤞

38
MAGAmigo 38 points ago +40 / -2 (edited)

Correct. But SCOTUS is a double edged sword. They will not take any case on this election unless their decision would be dispositive of the result. Ie trump needs to put enough states in play either through recounts, audits lawsuits or legislatures refusing to certify such that the SCOTUS decision determines the election outcome.

They will not take the case if his relief is “moot,” that is, if he wins it he still would not become President because there are not enough electoral votes in question

Thus, the strategy at present is to win enough lawsuits, get enough legislatures to refuse to certify, or straight up toss enough votes out that the case, when presented to SCOTUS would decide the election. To do this, Trump needs to remove enough Biden votes that he is below 270, and put enough states in play such that Trump will have 270 if he wins before SCOTUS. Depending on whose count we listen to, Trump has already accomplished the former. He is in process of achieving the latter

SCOTUS is in fact, a parallel avenue to the emergency election clause of the constitution. He can win by SCOTUS, or by state legislatures nominating “faithless objectors” as their electoral college representatives, thereby triggering a vote in the House for President and a Vote in Senate for VP.

14
TPG4Life 14 points ago +14 / -0

but rulings from WI, MI, PA, and GA would be enough to overturn? i think im confused

28
MAGAmigo 28 points ago +28 / -0 (edited)

It depends what those rulings say.

If a Supreme Court of any of those states says “x amount of votes are invalid” or “the vote cannot be certified.”

That will be a victory for Trump as it relates to positioning himself for a win before the Highest 9.

In this regard it is critical the GoP in these states follows the lead of PA and clark County, MI. Refusal to certify takes the decision away from the Courts, which at the state level, contain liberal, shill, extrajudicial legislators fashioned in black robes. I clerked in a Superior Court. Judges are highly partisan people.

10
PresidentErectHunter 10 points ago +10 / -0

This is confusing. Wayne County Detroit board refused to certify.

But the two GOP leaders of the Michigan State Legislature promised that they would not appoint Trump Electors.

Now the only hope is If the SCOTUS voids the Election.

But it would be much easier if the Michigan State Legislature does it. The Constitution allows the Michigan State Legislature to do it but the GOP leaders are absolutely refusing. state GOP are saying that it is not in the spirit of the law to overturn the popular vote and will of these people.

Trump is down 150,000 votes in Michigan.

4
Niburc 4 points ago +4 / -0

Is certification at risk in Pennsylvania other than via judicial means? I knew about the Michigan local board refusal but didn’t think there was a realistic path in Pa. outside of the courtroom.

9
InRevelation12now 9 points ago +9 / -0

I don't dispute the legal options being discussed here, but I would not label any of these steps 'end game'. The final decision is made in Congress. The House has the power to toss out a whole state's electoral votes. If that means nobody has 270, then triggers choice to be made by who? The House. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/washington-secrets/heres-how-trump-wins-take-fight-to-house-where-rules-favor-gop That's last ditch Constitutional protection, but call it the end game if you want.

4
Niburc 4 points ago +4 / -0

So the House can toss a state’s electors regardless of what the state wants?

6
Notaliberal 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yes, because the new house delegates will then cast a vote on behalf of the states, the electoral will be put aside. Right now the Republicans have more house delegates than the Dems since we flipped a few seats in some key places. From my understanding.

4
Marshall 4 points ago +4 / -0

If the new Congress has a quorum and there are disputed slates of electors, they decide which ones are legitimate. If that results in no candidate receiving a majority, then it;s thrown to the House for President with Pence presiding and 1 vote per state delegation. VP is done by the Senate and presided over by the Speaker pro tem of the Senate.

3
Test_user21 3 points ago +3 / -0

Because it's a federal election. Federal rules, for a federal position.

Back in 1787 it was more feasible for each state to do things rather than centralize it - but the Founders realised that that opened the doors to fraud.

Kind of like how RBG despite being a huge partisan liberal was one of Justice Scalia's closest friends.

12
Goodcook1 12 points ago +12 / -0

That's my train of thought. You never know. I won't hold my breath, but I've been shocked before. Besides, even if a lone judge rules, can't it still be put through to a full court vote with enough push back? Maybe I read the rulings incorrectly, but this process seems like an express SCOTUS ruling, but if need be, could still be heard in a full setting.

10
FuckPlebbit 10 points ago +10 / -0

Definitely better than breyer or sotomeyer.

I don't think Kagan will rule in our favor anyway but I could see a far more nuanced opinion pre-SCOTUS ruling then from those two.

18
Dictator_Bob 18 points ago +18 / -0

Sotamayer is on Connecticut, New York, Vermont. So far as I can tell that is very good.

16

I'm glad she holds court there because let's be honest - those are throwaway states anyway. Those of us in the rest of America should always be skeptical of anyone who comes from there.

8
Dictator_Bob 8 points ago +8 / -0

We will win all three states again. It likely won't be as a Republican party. However, importantly, the party that wins them will not be a disloyal party. That will be a big win for our nation as a whole.

12
orthodoxvirginian 12 points ago +14 / -2

Yeah. I used to get into fights 20 years ago when people called my wife a Mexican when she is an American of Salvadoran descent. It's just willful ignorance. Hispanic is the best term, Latino is ok but becoming the preferred leftist term since Hispanic is "too closely related to Spain, which were colonial meanies." Only use the demonym if applicable.

9
AOCs_tits 9 points ago +9 / -0

No Latinx? Oh yeah that term was made up by white academics.

8
christianknight 8 points ago +8 / -0

Latin or Spanish works. Heard a black guy call a guy Latin after robbing him in south FL. Latin sounds dignified.

3
deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0
1
AndrewLB 1 point ago +1 / -0

Latino\Latina is the preferred word if you're speaking of their race.

6
orthodoxvirginian 6 points ago +6 / -0

Hispanic/Latino is not a race. There are Hispanics of all races and combinations thereof. It is an ethno-cultural category.

The term Hispanic refers to anyone from Spain or Latin America who speaks Spanish. Brazilians are not Hispanic. Spaniards are Hispanic.

Latino refers to anyone from Latin America. Brazilians are Latinos. Spaniards are not Latinos.

Modern leftists have begun using the term Latino (and now Latinx) over Hispanic because Hispanic has "colonialist" connotations. That is why I almost exclusively use the term Hispanic. That is, unless I am referring to my hot Latina wife, because "hot Latina wife" rolls off the tongue better :P

if i'm correct, then they couldn't even if they wanted to, it's the prisoners dilemma, If they turn on him without a guarantee of victory and fail, they die in the cold with nobody to support them, and even if they win, we all know they'll have several strong challengers on their ass next election ready to take them out. Trump put people in office just by being trump. nobody wants to fuck with a kingmaker unless they have a guarantee of winning.

mittens is a guaranteed turncoat, but the rest of them stood with him through impeachment, so i've got at least that much trust that they'll stand with him for the second term. He won so hard he broke their system, that likely has even the RINOs shook enough to walk on the straight and narrow for long enough to get him back in office, while the DINOs likely saw how disgusting this event as a whole was, and might vote for him simply for their own sense of honor.

I live in NYC. I don't wear one while walking but will not be allowed in stores without a mask.

I still have dipshits making a wide circle away from me or walking off the sidewalk into the street.

Makes for a funny/sad/annoying walk.

Phrases like that are not meant for us.... That is something that way too many people around here don't understand and they get let down time and time again.... They don't mean that it will shock us to our core, fuck we're the ones that found most of the fraud. They mean that it will shock normal average people to the core. People that don't get online for more than to say hi to Grandma....

49
Captain-D 49 points ago +49 / -0

I agree. I've also learned that lesson over my years in this saga. The "bombshells" are almost always things I've slowly watched unfold here/Reddit wherever and not new to me. It's definitely for the normies.

What more "bombshell" is there than a ballot machine company being a front for globally organized and weaponized election manipulation software that has been used to control elections and the entire populace for decades and was used to propel a 78 year old corrupt man in mental decline to President of the United States as a ploy to Trojan Horse in the socialist takeover of America in partnership with the Chinese Communist Party as part of the Great Reset to execute Globalism around the world, made possible by a Chinese bio weapon called COVID-19 that made the worlds citizens hostages in their own homes so it could destroy the world economy?

9

6
Kneel4Jesus 6 points ago +6 / -0

Exactly. What a time to be alive. We've learned all this over time, and weren't as shocked about the election fraud. Even then, with all that info, many here have been in shock/doubt the last month. But for the typical person just trying to live their life this will be too much. Some will accept it, but others won't be able to cope: they'll shut down, break down, or deny it.

The time is here for "normies" to accept and confront this uncomfortable truth (everything you've described) or to stick with the comfortable lie (it's hard for anyone to be humble and accept they've been duped by the people and organizations they trust)

2
Captain-D 2 points ago +2 / -0

2

Hard proof and people going to jail / being punished would shock me at this point :D.

27
Xnyr21 27 points ago +29 / -2

I would give up my life for this to be true. Seriously, if for some reason Trump showed up and said "I have the evidence but the only way it can come out is if you die" id put a bullet in my head.

36
prospektor 36 points ago +36 / -0

Let me rephrase Patton on this: The objective here is not to die for our cause, but to make the other guy die for his.

12
nocompromise 12 points ago +12 / -0

I appreciate the sentiment. I also would be glad to lay my life down for my country. But it would be better, if it came to war, that we help the commies lay down their lives for... uh well it's not really a country. I guess they would be dying so that boys can use girl's bathrooms, or so that they can be inferior to other races, or so that pedophiles can rule them, or... man it sucks to be them. It reminds me of a quote from POTUS: "Some of them will look back and wonder if they made the right choice."

11
whatlike_withacloth 11 points ago +11 / -0

No dumb bastard ever won a war by going out and dying for his country. He won it by making some other dumb bastard die for his country.

General George S. Patton

3
Ithrowawaay 3 points ago +3 / -0

Very true, but what gets me all amped up is: you have to first be willing to lay your life on the line for that which you believe in.

I would. If this is our Great War, BRING IT ON.

I am not as as prepared as I would like, in the event, but I’ll be much more prepared than my adversaries.

2
jsmith81 2 points ago +3 / -1

To be honest? Me too. Does it make me a hero? Mmmyes, most certainly. But I too would put a bullet in your head if it was the only way the evidence could come out.

5

Can you expound?

13
arterius2 13 points ago +15 / -2 (edited)

I think the recent military activities can point to this, the unprecedented military aircraft flights are also an indication. With the latest news of Christopher Miller asking all spec op leaders to report to him directly, that seems to seal the deal. CIA/FBI at this point is all but defunct.

Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Ty9Rj4t_kY

10
Ferzth 10 points ago +10 / -0

Truth. Seems that Miller is trying (and pray to God) succeeding in undercutting whatever "army" the CIA/NSA/FBI think they can call on when this shit goes hot.

And bringing the troops home is a brilliant play by GEOTUS. "Hey Private, some REMF is telling you that some administrative flunky in some alphabet government agency, is giving you orders to commit treason and sedition, by refusing to uphold and defend your Oath and the Constitution, against all enemies, foreign and domestic, by acting against the legally and Constitutionally-elected civilian government of Presiden Donald Trump. Oh, and the President wanted to bring you all home before Christmas, but we in the New World Order pooh-pooh-ed that idea."

Clearly too much thalidomide in the drinking water of most Liberals.

Justice Thomas identifies directly with the hell that Kavanaugh went through. Payback is a motherfucker.

56
Vla1ne 56 points ago +56 / -0 (edited)

Kavanaugh was likely a clear reminder to him of how his own case went down, and not a moment too soon. ACB was the unexpected win though. Gotta thank RGB for allowing more conservatives to take the court, and she likely still remembers the shit she had to deal with from the left.

Alito... if the affidavits are even remotely true (which as we have seen, they have been), they ignored his order and mixed hundreds, if not thousands/ tens of thousands of late ballots. He truly needs no introduction.

23
RawRamen 23 points ago +23 / -0

Gotta thank RGB for allowing more conservatives to take the court

The left praises her but she was just an activist judge her whole life disorting laws as she saw fit. It was her own seflishness for not retiring a decade ago when Obama could have easily replaced her that cost leftists a seat. Not Trump, not Mitch, but RBG. She was never a good judge and if she really gave a damn about any "cause" but herself, she would have resigned long ago.

7
Vla1ne 7 points ago +7 / -0

Which is why i thank her. If she hadn't hung on till trump took office, we never would have gotten a third judge in there.

5
chuckachookah 5 points ago +5 / -0

they ignored his order and mixed hundreds, of late ballots.

Hundreds?

You mean 10s of 1000s, right, Pede?

3
Vla1ne 3 points ago +3 / -0

my phone deleted the "if not thousands/ tens of thousands" part of my comment.but yeah, if they find even a few ballots that are from a later date than explicitly told them to stop counting at, or if they cannot identify the ballots that were counted later compared to those counted earlier, then the jig is up.

63

Roberts is compromised. Somehow, some way, Obambi got to him and/or his family. Perhaps Roberts likes Lolitas, perhaps his wife has some skeletons, perhaps he sold out his oath and Constitution for money or fear or cowardice or politics.

With his insane ruling on Obambi-Care, he became a darling of the Left and mysteriously (snort) immune from all whore-nalist "investigations."

Traitors gonna traitor. Whatever reason he had for making these assignments, self-interest and not altruism or love of Country, had everything to do with it.

3

Checking the wayback machine and what changes were made (https://web.archive.org/web/20201115175448/https://www.supremecourt.gov/about/circuitassignments.aspx):

Current MI - Brett M. Kavanaugh WI - Amy Coney Barrett PA - Samuel A. Alito GA - Clarence Thomas

Previous MI - Brett M. Kavanaugh WI - Sonia Sotomayor PA - Samuel A. Alito GA - Clarence Thomas

So we were in great position before, but now we're in perfect condition! MAGA!

4
zaia123 4 points ago +4 / -0

why was sotomayor changed? any idea?

1
magacheeseball 1 point ago +1 / -0

Just an idea, but the court wasn’t complete prior to ACB, so Sotostain was just filling in

If trump does win the meltdown is going to be awesome.

The amazing and wonderful POCs are going to burn and loot entire cities full of liberals.

Nothing brings me greater joy than liberals being culturally enriched by their pet blacks.

Today, the Circuit Justices (that is, Supreme Court justices who are assigned to supervise a certain circuit) “no longer sit as judges on appellate panels…[instead], acting alone, [they] have the power to grant stays or injunctions in both civil and criminal cases, to arrange bail before and after conviction, and to provide other ancillary relief, such as extensions of time for various filings and other procedural variances.” [7]

Can a lawyerpede explain what role the Justices play in the Circuit Courts?

6
cuntard 6 points ago +6 / -0

not a lawyer, but found this online:

The Supreme Court helpfully explains, at length, why the justices’ circuit assignments matter. Petitioners will submit emergency applications to an individual justice. A recent example? Pennsylvania Republicans (in the Third Circuit) submitted an emergency application with Justice Samuel Alito, asking for an injunction in an election-related case. Alito responded by granting the request himself to the rest of the Supreme Court.

You may have noticed as well that petitions for a writ of certiorari (a petition for SCOTUS to hear a case) note which circuit the petition is coming from: On Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the _____ Circuit.

“[F]our of the nine Justices must vote to accept a case. Five of the nine Justices must vote in order to grant a stay, e.g., a stay of execution in a death penalty case,” the high court’s rules note. “Under certain instances, one Justice may grant a stay pending review by the entire Court.”

https://lawandcrime.com/supreme-court/supreme-court-reveals-new-circuit-assignments-for-justices/

looks like it prevents cuck activist lefty judges from denying an emergency requests in key states

What do the justices do when running the Circuit courts? How will this help us?

Thanks. I also read later that they help fast track cases to SCOTUS.

1
cuntard 1 point ago +1 / -0

that’s what i was specifically referring to, but didn’t word very well.

6
h4ck3l 6 points ago +6 / -0

I got Kavanaugh!

6
TheBigKahuna 6 points ago +6 / -0

Does Kagan, Breuer, and Sotomayor really need an assignment? Let them just wait for things to come before them in SCOTUS. Otherwise, they can stay home

6
AmazingFlightLizard 6 points ago +6 / -0

How is Roberts Chief Justice? Doesn’t Thomas have seniority?

4
FJCS 4 points ago +4 / -0

Thomas has been on the court the longest (seniority) the Chief is an appointed position. Bush nominated Roberts as chief.

6
PaleIsTheNewTan 6 points ago +6 / -0

How were the assignments assigned? I’m shocked a liberal scotus wasn’t handed these key swing states

8
MubbyTheLarge 8 points ago +8 / -0

Just a hunch, but maybe Trump’s cleaning house last week also involved getting a monkey off Roberts’ back? I’m just a lowly pede but that’s what my gut tells me.

5
Wallypip3 5 points ago +5 / -0

Roberts was compromised by the same blackmail techniques that they used to spy on the Senate.

2
HunterBidenCokeMirro 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is what I am thinking as well.

5
SutopSutolf 5 points ago +5 / -0

Someone said it was the Chief Justice. That would be Roberts. So. Interesting...

5
Jimmy_Russler 5 points ago +5 / -0

I second this question

Did they draw states from a hat?

4
Deplorable_in_PA 4 points ago +4 / -0

my guess is Roberts probably knows well ahead they would be hearing these cases and decided he didn't want Biden winning and trying to pack the court

6
Jota211 6 points ago +6 / -0

unfortunately AZ is lost based on this. Trump could have won by 2 Million votes in AZ and she would still give it to Biden :-D

4
Dtom13 4 points ago +4 / -0

MI: 16 electoral votes

PA: 20 electoral votes

GA: 16 electoral votes

WI: 10 electoral votes

AZ: only 11 electoral votes

It's almost too perfect to be a coincidence.

6

9

Zero evidence to not trust her. Don't concern troll for no reason.

14
ramennov 14 points ago +14 / -0

Skepticism is the default stance. Trust should be earned by her actions.

7
leatherbottom 7 points ago +7 / -0

This is true. I would say just seeing the way she handled herself throughout the appointment process, and the knowledge she knows by heart, is a good sign. First impression is she follows the constitution, not some personal agenda.

6
Shayhawk 6 points ago +6 / -0

All I want is for her to FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION

5
GabenOfficial 5 points ago +5 / -0

I don’t know

2
cuntard 2 points ago +2 / -0

unless she and everybody that wrote to the senate supporting her nomination are liars, i think she is fine. we’ll see soon enough, though.
