It will be close to impossible to find links or video if you don't pay for cable TV or Fox News streaming. I'm sure many of us don't pay for either.

The "Fox News" app on Apple TV usually has Tucker, just not live.

The app carries some livestreams. It carried the ACB hearing and vote last night but it's probably the same feed that C-SPAN and all the other networks get.

The swearing in was on the same app, but under "Fox News Go" and the audio last night was about 10 seconds unsync'd from the video.

Chances are, the Fox News Apple App will behave the same as the Android Fire TV, Roku, and other Apps.

You can check Antenna Web for Over the Air (OTA) channels in your area. If you don't have an outdoor antenna, an indoor one pointed in the right direction with an amp might draw in enough signal, but this can be flakey.

There's thousands of web pages, all copied from each other and all say "Stream youtube on your laptop and connect your laptop to your TV" which doesn't answer the question. It's very hard to find real information to answer your question.
