Probably going to see well over 100% turnout in many districts

Remember that Charlotte is flooded with New York and California ex-pats. I know some of them. Don't believe that big number are naturally good.

If you could get twice the house for half the money and keep your same job, you'd move there, too.

I wonder if kids in North Carolina still address adults as "sir" and "ma'am"? Wacovia Bank had this in their advertising in 1980 when I lived in Raleigh as a co-op from the University of Florida. I thought it was a joke. I found out it was true. Darling Wife and I made a trip to NC in 1990 job-shopping - we were in a restaurant and I told her that there were four kids in the booth behind her. She thought I was kidding, shocked when we got up.

Is North Carolina still like that? If it is, then there is a chance... because, like Mike Pence says, "you can't hide good kids"...

Makes me wary. LOTS of cheating going on.

I do think it will be a landslide.....

that's the optimist in me, hoping the definite dem fraud has been sufficiently rooted out ahead oftime.

If it hasn't been, then Trump will still win, but dems will drag it through the mud and the courts trying to "delegitimize" what is legitimately a landslide. Honestly, I think that's about the "best" outcome their side can hope for.

It's a silly comparison. Higher early voting is to be expected - both from COVID and from a generally more engaged electorate. But we don't know anything about which way those early voters are voting, and we don't know how many are going to be showing up on election day. He doesn't even bother to compare the number of early votes to those in 2016.

Tells me we need to be ready to figure out in short order what to do should the left cheat bad enough that they take the presidency or any part of congress. There is zero chance the left takes the Senate, or Presidency, or retains the House given how they have acted. Heck, most states and large cities should see a pretty substantial shift given the overblown reaction to Covid that they made.

My prediction is that Trump gets at least 325 electoral votes. This election is going to be much more difficult to pin down due to the extreme levels of emotions and the desperation of democrats. The polls are even more erratic this year. Go vote, that's all you can do. If you don't vote, then Biden is just that much closer to winning.
